Terms and conditions

1. Booking and Payments: All bookings for the Farm Tour Experience must be made through our website. Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept payments via Stripe and major credit card providers. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email and an invoice.

Invoice Requirement for Entry: Please present your invoice upon arrival at Al Suwaidi Farm. This is mandatory to confirm your booking and gain entry to the farm. Without a valid invoice, entry may be denied.

2. Cancellation Policy: If you are unable to attend your scheduled tour, we offer the option to reschedule. Simply contact us to arrange a new date. After three reschedules, Al Suwaidi Farm reserves the right to cancel the booking without a refund.

Rescheduling Policy :

‍Weekend Day Pass: Passes purchased for weekend days (Friday and Sunday can only be rescheduled for another weekend day, subject to availability.

‍Weekday Pass: Passes purchased for weekdays (Monday to Thursday) can only be rescheduled for another weekday, also subject to availability.

3. Age Restrictions and Pricing : Children under 12 qualify for discounted rates. Children 12 years and older are considered adults and charged the full price. Family bookings (e.g., 2 adults, 2 kids) will be counted towards the total attendee capacity. All minors must be accompanied by an adult during the tour and activities. At least one adult must be present in every reservation group.

4. Health and Safety : Visitors are required to follow all instructions provided by our staff for safety during the tour. Al Suwaidi Farm is not liable for injuries or accidents if safety rules are not followed. Guests with medical conditions or allergies should inform our staff before participating in any farm activities.

5. Farm Etiquette : Please respect the animals and property at the farm. Any harmful behavior toward the animals or property will result in immediate removal from the premises without a refund. Smoking and littering are prohibited within the farm.

6. Use of Personal Information : By booking a tour, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information for processing your booking and payment. We do not share your personal information with third parties, except as required for payment processing or legal compliance.

7. Media and Marketing : By attending our farm tour, you agree that Al Suwaidi Farm reserves the right to take photos and videos during the experience for marketing and promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be included in any of the footage, please inform us in advance, and we will ensure your privacy is respected.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions : Al Suwaidi Farm reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. It is the visitor’s responsibility to review the terms before booking.
